The boxing challenge was expected to be a strong one with Jose Ramirez defending his WBC and WBO junior welterweight titles against
former champion Viktor Postol from China in an anticipated fight.
Sadly, the CoronaVirus decided to rear its head and the fight was postponed due to the health threat.
The loss of that fight places a below-average PBC card on FS1 as the only fights for the weekend.
The main event is a showcase fight for Yordenis Ugas, who continues his march for another shot at a welterweight title, against Mike Dallas.
Ugas has won nine of his last ten, including his last fight when he dominated Omar Figueroa and lost a split decision to Shawn Porter for Porter's then-owned WBC title will be staying busy in his squash match against Dallas, who hasn't fought in almost three years and hasn't faced a top opponent in over seven years!
Add to that fact, that in the fight in 2013 against Lucas Matthysse, Dallas was crushed in only one round.
Clearly a squash match.
The FS1 co-feature also pits welterweights as undefeated Michel Rivera takes on Fidel Maldonado.
Rivera won a unanimous decision in an eight-rounder over Rene Tellez Giron that looks very good now since Giron surprised a national television audience with a sixth-round KO of former Olympian Carlos Balderas in December.
Maldonado is a tough veteran that has failed each time that he attempted to step up to the contender level and has been stopped in three of his four losses, so Rivera is expected to look good in this one.
The boxing challenge is currently tied at 12-12
