Braun flexes muscles as Milwaukee bounces Bucs

Tom Gorzelanny was not awful, but not good either.
Ryan Braun was excellent.
Combine the two and you have a 6-3 Milwaukee win over the Pirates at Miller Park.
Gorzelanny lasted four and two thirds in his return to the rotation from Indianapolis and really didn't look that bad.
Not good, mind you,but gave some hope that a rebound could be on its way for the lefthander.
If he could have gotten Braun out,the evening would not have been that bad.
Braun homered and doubled off Gorzelanny in the 4th and 5th which produced three runs and sent Gorzo from the game.
Adam LaRoche hit his 17th homer in the sixth in the only offensive Buc highlight.
The series concludes today at 2:05

Pitching Matchup
Pittsburgh:Paul Maholm (8-7 3.64 ERA) at Milwaukee:C.C.Sabathia (14-8 2.99 ERA) 2:05

Bullpen Note

A slow day and a busy one for me with my fantasy draft later today.

Just wanted to acknowledge a very nice lady that I met at the Muni yesterday.
Her name was Gloria,it was a pleasure to speak with her and help her a bit with getting the signature of Oriole prospect Sean Gleason.

Until tomorrow, where I will have more substance!
