Tom Gorzelanny went 8 and a third and only gave up 3 hits to pace Pittsburgh past St.Louis this afternoon 6-1.
The second great outing in a row for the Lefty,as the Buccos grab both games in Busch Stadium.
Adam LaRoche smashed a 3 run homer(His 2nd) in the 3rd inning to give Pittsburgh all the runs they needed.
Nice to see Adam picking things up a bit.He has always been a slow starter,so hopefully this is a sign that he is ready to get started.
I'm not sure why the Bucs are better on the road than at home,but you take the wins where you can.
The Pirates travel to Milwaukee to take on the Brewers Wed and Thursday and follow with a weekend 3 gamer vs the Dodgers in Los Angeles.
